A wishlist can get very long very fast. I like to make pinterest boards to organize my interests so I do not lose sight of what I genuinely want. I also hope to optimize purchasing power and the opportunity cost of every item I buy for the purpose of exponentially growing my possible outfits through careful selection.

See below my 2025 Fall/Winter vision board. There are some items that I wish to purchase from this board. Some now and in the future. I like to sit on buying certain items before purchasing in order to understand whether I am being driven by trend or personal interest.

1. Margiela Tabis

Maison Margiela Tabis have been at the top of my wishlist since my high school years. I recall coming across their tabi boots on twitter and finding them uncomfortable to the eye. However, I also thought they’d be really cool paired with a boss girl outfit.

Tabis have now become even more mainstream on social media hence the rise of the Maison Margiela Tabi Ballerinas. Paired with my new big girl job, I think these shoes are a first big-girl-purchase must-buy!

Unfortunately, I cannot let the world wear Tabi Ballerinas without me. Therefore I MUST buy.

2. Aritzia Suit

I most urgently need a black suit, for who knows what awaits me in the world of consulting?

The Aritzia Standout Blazer and the Agency Pant call my name (daily).

3. Knit Scarf

A knit scarf (cream or grey) would serve in both in style and function. I also lack very much in the accessories department. I have but one black pashmina scarf that I thrifted four years ago, and she had yet to catch a break every winter. This year, she may find solace in having a cream or gray counterpart to pick up some responsibility 💯
