Spring/Summer 26: In white and ease

It’s been a couple of months since I made my winter wishlist. Of the three items I listed, I purchased the Aritzia suit and tabi lookalikes. The tabis have been a home run in my day-to-day life. Overall 10/10!!!

As for the suit, I bought the Standout blazer and (Re)ssential Agency pants in black. I also purchased the (Re)essential Effortless pants in Heather Charcoal and love wearing them. I love them all…so much that I now want every variation: long, regular, baggy, fitted. The options are quite endless & beyond my tax bracket, but I digress.

Nonetheless, I am not much of a shopper during the cold months. As for the spring & summer, I’m just getting started!

Much of my current summer wear consists of athleisure… but at the age of 22, many summer occasions call for something else. Two main focuses are driving my current purchases:

White. My vision boards feature a lot of white pants, tops, sweaters (esp in monochrome). However, I do not own much… yet.
Ease. I reach for comfortable clothes most in summer. There is nothing more overstimulating than being at an overcapacity high school graduation party while wearing itchy linen in 90 degree weather. Special shout-out to the Aritzia Little Moon Sail Shirt and Pants. This May marks two years since purchasing them, and there hasn’t been a single week when I haven’t reached for the pants, be it winter or summer. The top gets a little less use during the colder months, but it is also a home run in the summer. For this reason, I hope that finding similar comfort will promote longevity and value in future clothing purchases.

H&M: Oversized T-Shirt (1330549)
